Studio policies
Short, fair, and applied to everyone equally.
Deposits & payment
- Every online booking is secured with a ₦5,000 deposit, credited toward your service total — or pay in full online.
- Services priced below ₦5,000 (like Jewelry Change) are paid in full online.
- Every piercing includes implant-grade titanium jewelry and a free aftercare kit.
- The balance is settled at the studio — card, transfer, or cash.
Rescheduling & cancellation
- Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment (self-service via My Appointment).
- Within 24 hours, the deposit is forfeited.
- Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a new date (per above).
No-shows & lateness
- No-shows forfeit the deposit; a new deposit is required to rebook.
- A 15-minute grace period applies; beyond that we may need to reschedule you.
Age & consent
- Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian with valid ID.
- Intimate piercings are strictly 18+; ID is checked at the studio.
- We may decline service for health or safety reasons (pregnancy, certain medications, intoxication).
Refunds
- Accidental double-payments are refunded within 5–7 business days.
- Completed piercings are non-refundable.
